Orders have only been accepted when the goods are dispatched. We will despatch your order as soon as possible and you should normally receive this within 5 working days. If there are any issues with temporary out of stocks we will contact you by telephone or email to ask how you would like to proceed.
Delivery is free for all orders over £20 within mainland UK and to selected overseas destinations. Delivery charges apply elsewhere and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure appropriate delivery options have been selected. We reserve the right to cancel any orders which do not cover correct postage whether determined by our webshop or by direct communication. A majority of our orders are despatched by courier and require a signature on delivery. Please ensure you give an address where someone will be available to accept delivery or, alternatively, provide details on where the parcel can be left securely without signature. If delivery details prove to be incorrect, and are changed once the order has been despatched, or the delivery is returned to us undelivered and has to be sent out again, we reserve the right to charge for the additional delivery costs incurred. If your delivery country is not listed, please e-mail email@example.com for assistance.
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security:
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
